Driven by my deep passion for Electronics and Information Technology, and fueled by the desire to build a robust NAS alongside exciting home automation projects, I took the leap and acquired my first server to install software and run experiments — embarking on the classic “HomeLab” journey.
As time passed, my homelab evolved organically, growing in scope and complexity. The increasing demand for reliable, geographically distributed backups motivated me to expand by acquiring additional VPS servers strategically located across different regions.
Armed with these powerful resources — both servers and storage — the idea for this ambitious project was born: Nuvem Eletrónica!
